Nova Aminos LLC operates exclusively as a supplier of research-grade compounds for in vitro laboratory use. We have a zero tolerance policy for any attempt to use our products outside of legitimate scientific research.

What We Will Not Tolerate

We will refuse, cancel, and refund any order — and may report the buyer to relevant authorities — if we identify any of the following:

• Any indication, statement, or implication that our products will be used for human consumption, injection, ingestion, topical application, or any clinical purpose
• Use of our products on or by animals in any veterinary or non-laboratory context
• Resale or redistribution of our products without our prior written authorization
• Repackaging, relabeling, or remarketing our products under any other brand or for any other use
• Promoting our products on social media, supplement marketplaces, or other forums in a way that misrepresents them as suitable for human use
• Any communication suggesting self-administration or administration to others
• Attempts to circumvent age verification, payment systems, or shipping restrictions
• Use of our products in connection with any illegal activity

Consequences

If we identify any of the above behavior, we may, at our sole discretion:

• Cancel any pending or future orders without warning
• Permanently ban the customer from purchasing
• Report the conduct to law enforcement, the FDA, or other relevant authorities
• Pursue legal action for any harm caused to Nova Aminos LLC, including reputational damage

Why This Matters

The legitimacy of the entire research-supply industry depends on suppliers and buyers honoring the boundaries of in vitro research use. Misuse harms researchers, harms public trust, and ultimately threatens the availability of high-quality compounds for the people who genuinely need them. We take this seriously, and we expect our customers to as well.

Reporting Concerns

If you become aware of any individual or organization misusing our products or misrepresenting Nova Aminos, please email support@novaaminos.org with details. We investigate every credible report.
