All orders are fulfilled and shipped within 48 hours of payment confirmation via UPS. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your UPS tracking number once your order is dispatched.
We ship exclusively within the United States. We do not ship to international addresses, U.S. territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.
All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product labeling. Lyophilized compounds are shelf-stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of normal transit — no cold packs are required, and your vials arrive ready for proper cold storage.
Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package. Once we hand off to UPS, the package is in their custody. If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, contact UPS first to file a missing-package claim, then notify us at support@novaaminos.org so we can help.
Because our products are perishable research compounds, all sales are final once an order ships. We do not accept returns for change of mind, ordering errors made by the customer, or any reason other than damage, defect, or shipping error on our part.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to support@novaaminos.org before your order ships. Once a shipment has been picked up by the carrier, we are unable to cancel or modify it.
If you placed an order in error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to catch it before it ships.
