You must be at least 21 years of age to use this Site or purchase any product. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this age requirement and are a qualified researcher or are purchasing on behalf of a qualified research organization.
All products are sold strictly for in vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not approved by the FDA for any use. See our Legal Disclaimer for full details.
All orders are subject to acceptance by Nova Aminos. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including for suspected fraud, ineligibility, or violation of these Terms.
Payment is accepted via CashApp ($novaresearch) or Zelle (details provided at checkout and in your order confirmation email). Orders are placed in “On Hold” status until payment is received and confirmed. Orders not paid within 48 hours may be canceled automatically and the reserved stock released.
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice. The price in effect at the time you complete checkout is the price you pay.
We ship exclusively within the United States via UPS. Shipping rates and timelines are described on our Shipping & Returns page. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Because our products are perishable research compounds, all sales are final once an order ships. Damaged, defective, or incorrect orders are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nova Aminos and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or any product. Our total cumulative liability for any claim related to a product shall not exceed the purchase price of that product.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Nova Aminos and its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claim, damage, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from (a) your use or misuse of any product, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any applicable law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Nova Aminos LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
